Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.


Items Not Eligible for Shipping

Please note:
Gelato products are available for local delivery only and cannot be shipped due to temperature sensitivity and freshness requirements. If your cart contains a gelato item and you choose shipping, your order will be automatically adjusted or canceled.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer.


Shipping Locations

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.


Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping is applied at checkout based on USPS Priority rates.
Shipping is free for orders over $75.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information.


Treat Freshness

All treats are handmade in small batches and sealed for freshness. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place upon arrival.


Local Delivery / Pick-up (for Gelatos & Events)

Local delivery is available for gelato products and custom event orders in the Tampa, FL area.
You will be contacted directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
