At Kibo & Co., we take great pride in offering handcrafted, premium products for your furry friends. Because of the nature of our items, our return and refund policy is as follows:
Homemade Treats
All of our treats are made fresh, with love and natural ingredients.
For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any treat products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at kiboandco@gmail.com with photos and order details.
Print-On-Demand Products (Apparel, Mugs, Accessories, etc.)
These items are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printify.
Returns and refunds are only available if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request a return for a Printify item:

Include clear photos of the product and a brief explanation of the issue
Printify does not allow returns for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, or color changes, so please double-check your order before completing checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. While we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, we’re happy to help you file a claim or track your package.
